Welcome to the mobile applications (“App” or “Apps”) published under the Umar Abbas developer account on the Apple App Store. By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any App published under the Umar Abbas developer account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the Apps

Our Apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise specified.

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Apps for unlawful purposes

  • Reverse engineer, modify, copy, or redistribute the Apps

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks

  • Exploit the Apps for harmful or abusive activities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

3. Permissions & Device Access

Depending on the App’s functionality, the App may request access to certain device features, including but not limited to:

  • Internet access

  • Camera

  • Microphone

  • Photos / Media / Files

  • Local Network (including Bonjour services)

  • Bluetooth

  • Location Services

  • Notifications

These permissions are used strictly to enable core app functionality and improve user experience.

Users may manage or revoke permissions at any time through their device settings.

4. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

Our Apps may implement Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.

Where required by Apple policy, users will be asked for permission before any tracking activity occurs. If you decline tracking permission, certain advertising features may be limited.

Tracking, if enabled by the user, may be used for personalized advertising and analytics purposes in accordance with Apple’s guidelines.

We do not sell personal user data.

6. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Some Apps may offer auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly, etc.) or other in-app purchases.

  • Payments are processed securely via Apple’s App Store.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

  • Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings.

  • Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.

All billing and refund matters are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding, design elements, source code, and functionality within the Apps are the intellectual property of Umar Abbas, unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Apps will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • All defects will be corrected

  • The Apps will meet every individual requirement

Use of the Apps is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Umar Abbas shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages

  • Loss of data

  • Business interruption

  • Revenue loss

  • Incidental or consequential damages

arising from the use or inability to use the Apps.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms of Use at any time.

The updated version will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any App if users violate these Terms or misuse the App’s functionality.
