FaceFlick ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, processed, and safeguarded when you use the FaceFlick mobile application (the "App") on iOS.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal Information

We do not require account registration and do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.

1.2 Photos, Camera, and User Content

FaceFlick may request access to your device’s Photos or Camera to enable app features such as face-based effects, photo enhancement, and AI filters.

  • Photos are accessed only when you explicitly select them.

  • Images are used solely to perform the requested feature.

  • Photos are processed temporarily and are not permanently stored by the app.

1.3 Face Data Usage

FaceFlick processes face images and facial features from photos voluntarily selected by users to enable AI-based features, including but not limited to:

  • Face Swap

  • AI Baby Generator

  • AI Photo Enhancement

  • AI Filters and visual transformations

Facial features such as facial landmarks (e.g., eyes, nose, mouth), head position, and facial regions may be detected temporarily to generate visual results.

The app does not:

  • Perform face recognition

  • Create biometric identifiers or profiles

  • Identify or verify users

Face data is used only to provide the requested functionality. It is not used for advertising, analytics, tracking, or user identification.

All face data and related images are processed temporarily and automatically deleted immediately after processing is completed.

1.4 Automatically Collected Information

We may collect limited non-personal information, including:

  • Device type and iOS version

  • App version

  • Approximate country or region

This information is used only for app performance monitoring, analytics, and stability improvements.

2. Advertising

FaceFlick displays advertisements using Google AdMob.

AdMob may collect non-personal identifiers such as device identifiers or ad interaction data in accordance with Google’s privacy practices.

Face data and user photos are never shared with advertising services.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

FaceFlick offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features.

  • Payments are processed securely through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

  • We do not collect or store payment or billing information.

  • Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID settings.

4. Analytics & Remote Configuration

We use Firebase Analytics to understand app usage in an anonymous manner.

Firebase Remote Config may be used to:

  • Enable or disable features

  • Improve app performance

  • Optimize user experience

These services do not receive or process face data or user photos.

5. Data Security

We apply industry-standard security measures to protect data processed within the app:

  • Encrypted network communication (HTTPS / TLS)

  • Secure temporary processing

  • Automatic deletion of temporary data after use

6. Children’s Privacy

FaceFlick is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.

7. Your Privacy Choices

You may:

  • Control camera and photo permissions via iOS Settings

  • Disable personalized ads through your device settings

  • Stop all data collection by uninstalling the App

8. Third-Party Services

FaceFlick may use the following third-party services:

  • Google AdMob (Advertising)

  • Firebase Analytics (Anonymous analytics)

  • Firebase Remote Config (Feature optimization)

Third-party services do not receive or process face data or user photos.

9. Data Retention

  • Face data and images are retained only for the duration required to generate the requested result.

  • All temporary data is automatically deleted immediately after processing.

  • No face data or photos are stored permanently.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
