Welcome to FaceFlick ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FaceFlick mobile application available on Apple iOS devices.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FaceFlick. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of Services

FaceFlick is an AI-powered photo editing application that allows users to:

  • Apply AI-based filters and visual effects

  • Perform face-based transformations such as Face Swap and AI Baby Generator

  • Enhance photos using AI technology

  • Access premium features through paid subscriptions

All features are activated only through explicit user actions.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

FaceFlick offers auto-renewable subscription plans.

Subscription Terms:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

  • Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

  • You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID Account Settings

  • Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited upon subscription purchase

Pricing and subscription duration are displayed within the App and may vary by region.

4. Free Features and Advertisements

Some features of FaceFlick are available free of charge and may be supported by advertisements.

Advertisements are provided by third-party ad networks. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of all photos, images, and media you upload to the App.

5.2 License to Process Content

By using FaceFlick, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the requested app features.

5.3 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload, generate, or share content that:

  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

  • Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights

  • Contains explicit, abusive, or harmful material

We reserve the right to restrict access to features or terminate use if misuse is detected.

6. Face Data Usage

FaceFlick processes facial features from photos voluntarily selected by users only to provide user-requested features such as Face Swap, AI Baby Generator, and photo enhancements.

  • Face data is processed temporarily

  • No facial data is stored permanently

  • No biometric identification or face recognition is performed

  • Face data is not shared or used for advertising, analytics, or tracking

By uploading photos, you consent to the temporary processing of face data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, designs, trademarks, and software associated with the App (excluding user content) are owned by FaceFlick or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

8. App Availability and Updates

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.

Updates may be released periodically to improve functionality, security, or performance. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated App.

9. Disclaimer

FaceFlick is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability of the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaceFlick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
